Description
From an old magician’s estate purchase. No instructions. Good working condition. The lid to the container has a few small depressions and the gimmick is lightly toned (in a few areas) from age but with milk or a dark liquid inside it isn’t noticeable. The gimmick has been checked out and does not leak.
Effect: A chromed metal container with lid is shown, also a tall clear glass tumbler. A hole in the bottom of the container permits the magician to pass a wand through from top to bottom or vice versa. The positively empty glass is placed inside the metal container, the lid put on, and a spectator may hold the closed container.
Now, the magician commands liquid of any kind, water, beer, milk, etc., to appear in the glass inside the container. Lid to the container is removed and the glass is extracted from the container now practically filled with liquid which can be immediately poured out!
A great self-contained effect!
Can be performed completely surrounded!
No skill required! Easy to do!
Another effect is to place the empty glass inside the container, vanish a silk handkerchief, which is reproduced from the glass in the container immediately followed by the glass of liquid! Nothing is more convincing than the passing of the wand completely through the container!
