Color Changing Spotted Streamer

Description

This is a pre-owned item that came from a very old magician’s estate. It’s in great operating condition and is not damaged or stained in any manner that we can see. It looks new. This was more than likely part of another effect where you show a black streamer with white spots and then cause the spots to vanish from the streamer as it is shaken in the air. Or it could be used in reverse were you begin with a solid black streamer and catch white spots on it.

You receive just the specially constructed streamer only. There are no instructions but the working if fairly obvious once you have the prop in your hands.
