This came from an old magician’s estate purchase. A misc. lot of coin related pieces. Some are known and other pieces are not known for their use.
The first picture shows one side of the items and the second picture shows the reverse side.
The top row going from left to right:
The first coin is a real half dollar and the second coin is an expanded shell that will fit over the half dollar. The third coin is an English Penny partial coin that we believe may have gone with an Eddie Gibson trick. The fourth item is a chromed metal holder that holds up to six half dollar size coins.
The middle row going from left to right:
The first coin is a real penny cut in half. The second coin is a real quarter with a metal holder attached to its back side that we were told is part of a balancing coin trick. The third item is a metal ring that will hold one half dollar size coin. The fourth item is an aluminum shell or cover that does not fit over a half dollar. It’s use is unknown and may not be related to any coin effect. It was included in the lot of coin items we received from the previous owner.
The bottom row going from left to right:
The first coin is a real penny cut in half. The second coin is a real nickel that’s been cut down and has a penny on its reverse side. The third coin is a penny with its reverse side removed to show just a copper surface. The fourth coin is a real penny with a heart shape cut out of it. The fifth coin is a real full size nickel with a smooth polished surface on its reverse side.
Selling this lot as is. How some of these items fit into a coin routine is not know. Maybe you recognize some of the items and have a use for them.
