This is a pre-owned item in good working order and comes with some instructions. The exterior lacquered finish is worn and stained but there are no dents anywhere that we can see. Still very usable.
Effect: A large aluminum bowl is shown completely empty. At the command of the magician, it fills with water. The bowl is emptied only to fill again minutes later. This is repeated several times throughout the performance. The audience will start to wonder, “Where is the water coming from?”
Repeating the pouring of the water between each effect makes for an excellent running gag.
The Lota Bowl has become a classic of magic, used by such well-known professional magicians as Danté, Blackstone, Sorcar and Kalanag, to name a just a few.
The Jumbo Lota Bowl measures 10″ across its mouth and stands about 9″ tall. Well made of aluminum. Load capacity is 60 ounces and will pour 26 times.
