This green shoelace will turn as stiff as a board in an instant!

Effect: Magician shows an ordinary 30” green shoelace. He stretches it out between his hands and casts a spell. The lace remains suspended in mid-air as if held by some mysterious forces. The magician snaps his fingers and the spell breaks and the shoelace goes limp.
