This is a pre-owned item that is in good working condition and comes with the original instructions. Because it is previously used it has a few minor scuffs to the plastic but nothing too serious. The wooden frame is in great pre-owned condition. Some of the black tape around the border of the picture may need to be replaced or reattached with an adhesive. Also included is an extra insert only for the visible painting of a clown. The clown pictures are seen in the same wooden frame that the Happy Birthday pictures are from. You get just the one wooden frame which you can use for whichever effect you wish to perform; the one with the birthday cake or the one with the clown.
