Description
From a magician’s estate purchase. No instructions.
A vintage spun aluminum Dove Pan made by Morrissey Magic of Canada. Morrissey Magic is no longer in business, making these high-quality pieces highly collectible among magicians and collectors.
The prop of 1001 uses, limited only by your imagination. Morrissey Magic’s dove pans are beautiful pieces of magical equipment you will be proud to own and use.
Just one of the possible effects: The magician shows the pan empty and then breaks an egg into the pan, adds salt, pepper and vinegar. A match is dropped into the pan and it immediately bursts into flames. The cover is placed in position to put out the flame and when it’s removed the pan contains either a live dove, small animal, popcorn, candy, rubber chicken or a cake which entirely fills the pan.
Highly polished aluminum with three rubber supports!
Lightweight but sturdy!
Quick action release!
Measures 8-1/2″
The spun aluminum finish is clean and presentable, with some scratches but no major scratches or dents. The internal release mechanism operates smoothly and silently. It is mechanically perfect and 100% functional—ready for stage use or display in a magic collection.
