This whimsical tin lithograph noise maker, with its imagery depicting a clown face with hat, is a wonderful example of classic tin toy design. It has a round form with a long metal handle and two metal clackers for noise making when shaking. It will function and display well whenever you may choose to use it.

Very good to excellent used condition, showing minimal rubbing wear on its front and backside forms from the two metal clackers that make noise when hitting the metal surface. The tin lithograph painted details are colorful and vibrant. Please review photos for details.
