Two of Hearts Forcing Deck (Unknown Maker or Routine)

Description

This came from an old magician’s estate purchase. No instructions. It consists of a like-new poker size Bicycle Rider deck. Every third card throughout the pack is the two of Hearts. The deck is also cut short at the end and long side. It is not Roughed. Maybe someone recognizes this and knows how it was originally used. This could be something from Tricks Company, Ltd. in Japan but can’t guarantee that. Selling as is.
