Jumping Die

This came from a magician’s estate purchase. No instructions. Selling as is. We were told that the previous owner used this with a routine where he needed the number six to appear on a die that was resting on a small metal tray while covered with a clear shot glass. The routine is not know but the method used to reveal the number six while being covered by the clear shot glass is a combination of using the metal tray used in the “Blasted Coin Trick” and a magnetic die. If you’re familiar with the “Blasted Coin Trick” you’ll know what we are talking about.

The die is placed onto the tray with a number showing on top other than the six and covered with the shot glass. The tray can be placed on a table or held in the hands. While holding the tray in your hands and by performing what was required with the “Blasted Coin Trick” the die will jump into the air and fall back onto the tray with the number six showing! If the tray is placed onto the table just by placing your first finger on the top of the glass will cause the same actions. With using the finger method you would say that you are using your psychic forces to be channeled down your body and into the finger to cause the reaction of making the die jump into the air.
