This is a very special coin that has been gimmicked with a magnet. It is also a shell coin so it is very light weight. It will adhere to anything that a regular magnet will cling to. You could attach a small piece of metal to the underside of your tie or coat. You could use a metal ring or metal playing card to facilitate many effects.
