This came from a magician’s estate purchase. There is a remnant of a price label at the upper right hand corner on the front cover. Otherwise this booklet is in very good to like-new condition inside and out.

This wonderful book was originally written in the mid 1930’s when prohibition and illegal gambling affected the big cities.

The Three Card Monte was played on the streets and some of the wealthiest people of the day were taken in by the technique of the card sharps.
