Vintage Galdini’s Ghost Card aka Three Card Monte

Description

From an old magic shop buy-out. New old stock. Never used!

Effect: A spectator is shown a fan of three poker-size Bicycle cards with the two cards on the outside having the same color front and back and the middle card being a different color front and back. The fan is separated and all three cards are placed face down on the table. The spectator is asked to point to the odd card (which is in the middle). With the snap of a finger or a magical gesture over the cards the two outside cards are shown to the spectator as being the same as before. Then the spectator is asked to turn the last (odd) card over, and here comes the surprise. The original card is seen to have vanished and in its place is a duplicate of the other two original cards! Strangely, this card still has the same back color as the original card that vanished!
